Terms and Conditions

§ 1 General Information

I. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store operating at www.wonderaffair.com, run by Juicy Marketing Bartosiewicz Malinowska Spółka Jawna, with its registered office in Żerniki Wrocławskie, ul. Zasłuczańska 4/9, 55-010 Żerniki Wrocławskie, registered by the VI Commercial Division of the National Court Register of the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna in Wrocław under KRS number 0000359871, REGON 021296903, NIP 8992697361 (“Seller”).

II. To contact the Store’s Customers, we provide the email: store@wonderaffair.com and, optionally, phone: +48 882 457 756.

§ 2 Product Prices and Payment

I. All product prices are given in PLN and include VAT (gross prices).

II. The Customer may choose from the following payment methods for ordered products:
a) Cash on delivery – payment is collected by the courier upon delivery,
b) Bank transfer within 7 business days,
c) Instant payment by credit card via the Paynow Payment Integrator.

For card payments, the execution time is counted from the moment of successful transaction authorization.

Payment cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro

The operator of online payments is mBank S.A., headquartered in Warsaw, ul. Senatorska 18, 00-950 Warsaw, NIP: 526-021-50-88.

In case a refund is required for a transaction made by the Customer’s payment card, the Seller will refund the amount to the bank account linked to the Customer’s card.

§ 3 Delivery

I. Orders are shipped within 5 business days from the order date (for cash on delivery) or from the receipt of payment (other payment methods).

II. The fulfillment period is calculated as shipping time + delivery time.

III. Delivery time within Poland – up to 3 business days from shipment (InPost courier or InPost parcel locker).

IV. Delivery costs within Poland:
– Parcel locker delivery – 15 PLN gross,
– Courier delivery – 20 PLN gross,
– Parcel locker cash on delivery – 25 PLN gross,
– Courier cash on delivery – 30 PLN gross.

V. The Seller is obliged to deliver products to Consumers free of defects.

VI. For Customers who are not consumers, the Seller is not liable for any delivery delays.

§ 4 Right of Withdrawal

I. A Customer who is a Consumer (a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity) may withdraw from the Sales Agreement without giving any reason, by submitting a written statement within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of Delivery. Sending the statement before the deadline is sufficient to meet the time limit. A template of the withdrawal statement is provided by the Seller on the Store’s website. Upon effective withdrawal, the agreement is considered void.

II. The Store guarantees a refund equal to the product price and delivery costs. Refunds will be made within 14 business days by bank transfer to the account indicated by the Customer. The Store reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned product or proof of its shipment is received. The Store does not cover the cost of returning the product by the Customer.

III. The Customer is obliged to return the purchased product promptly, no later than 14 (fourteen) days, in unchanged condition.

IV. To return a product:
Print, complete, and sign the return form and include it in the package.
Pack the product safely.
Deliver the product at your own expense along with the completed statement to: Wonder Affair, ul. Zasłuczańska 4 lok. 9, 55-010 Żerniki Wrocławskie, Poland.

Returns can be made, for example, via Poczta Polska S.A. or a courier by sending the product to the Seller. If the Consumer has made any advance payments, statutory interest applies from the date of prepayment. Upon withdrawal by the Consumer, the Seller immediately confirms the return of the performance in writing.

V. The right described in points I-IV does not apply to Customers ordering personalized products (made according to the buyer’s specifications and preferences) – see point 3, Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act.

§ 5 Complaints

I. Complaints may be submitted via email to store@wonderaffair.com
or sent to the Seller at: Wonder Affair, ul. Zasłuczańska 4 lok. 9, 55-010 Żerniki Wrocławskie, Poland.

II. A complaint should include: the Customer’s contact details, sufficient information to identify the relevant order, and the content of the complaint.

III. For complaints submitted by a Consumer, the Seller will process them within 14 days.

IV. For complaints submitted by a Customer who is not a Consumer, this period may be extended.

V. The complainant may also pursue their rights through general procedures, using judicial methods, and, with the agreement of both parties, also using out-of-court methods for handling complaints and pursuing claims.

VI. At http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ there is the ODR platform – an online dispute resolution platform between consumers and entrepreneurs.

§ 6 Final Provisions

I. These Terms and Conditions are effective from 15.12.2020 and apply to agreements concluded from this date onwards.

II. For Customers who are not consumers, the competent court for resolving any disputes is the court having jurisdiction over the Seller’s registered office.
