\u00a7 1 General Information<\/h3>\n

I. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store operating at www.wonderaffair.com, run by Juicy Marketing Bartosiewicz Malinowska Sp\u00f3\u0142ka Jawna, with its registered office in \u017berniki Wroc\u0142awskie, ul. Zas\u0142ucza\u0144ska 4\/9, 55-010 \u017berniki Wroc\u0142awskie, registered by the VI Commercial Division of the National Court Register of the District Court for Wroc\u0142aw-Fabryczna in Wroc\u0142aw under KRS number 0000359871, REGON 021296903, NIP 8992697361 (\u201cSeller\u201d).<\/p>\n

\u00a7 2 Product Prices and Payment<\/h3>\n

I. All product prices are given in PLN and include VAT (gross prices).<\/p>\n

II. The Customer may choose from the following payment methods for ordered products:
\na) Cash on delivery \u2013 payment is collected by the courier upon delivery,
\nb) Bank transfer within 7 business days,
\nc) Instant payment by credit card via the Paynow Payment Integrator.<\/p>\n

For card payments, the execution time is counted from the moment of successful transaction authorization.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Available payment methods:<\/strong>
\nPayment cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro
\nP\u0142atno\u015bci online
\nBLIK<\/p>\n

The operator of online payments is mBank S.A., headquartered in Warsaw, ul. Senatorska 18, 00-950 Warsaw, NIP: 526-021-50-88.<\/p>\n

In case a refund is required for a transaction made by the Customer\u2019s payment card, the Seller will refund the amount to the bank account linked to the Customer\u2019s card.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=””]<\/p>\n

\u00a7 3 Delivery<\/h3>\n

I. Orders are shipped within 5 business days from the order date (for cash on delivery) or from the receipt of payment (other payment methods).<\/p>\n

II. The fulfillment period is calculated as shipping time + delivery time.<\/p>\n

III. Delivery time within Poland \u2013 up to 3 business days from shipment (InPost courier or InPost parcel locker).<\/p>\n

IV. Delivery costs within Poland:
\n– Parcel locker delivery \u2013 15 PLN gross,
\n– Courier delivery \u2013 20 PLN gross,
\n– Parcel locker cash on delivery \u2013 25 PLN gross,
\n– Courier cash on delivery \u2013 30 PLN gross.<\/p>\n

V. The Seller is obliged to deliver products to Consumers free of defects.<\/p>\n

VI. For Customers who are not consumers, the Seller is not liable for any delivery delays.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=””]<\/p>\n

\u00a7 4 Right of Withdrawal<\/h3>\n

I. A Customer who is a Consumer (a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity) may withdraw from the Sales Agreement without giving any reason, by submitting a written statement within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of Delivery. Sending the statement before the deadline is sufficient to meet the time limit. A template of the withdrawal statement is provided by the Seller on the Store\u2019s website. Upon effective withdrawal, the agreement is considered void.<\/p>\n

II. The Store guarantees a refund equal to the product price and delivery costs. Refunds will be made within 14 business days by bank transfer to the account indicated by the Customer. The Store reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned product or proof of its shipment is received. The Store does not cover the cost of returning the product by the Customer.<\/p>\n

III. The Customer is obliged to return the purchased product promptly, no later than 14 (fourteen) days, in unchanged condition.<\/p>\n

IV. To return a product:
\nPrint, complete, and sign the return form and include it in the package.
\nPack the product safely.
\nDeliver the product at your own expense along with the completed statement to: Wonder Affair, ul. Zas\u0142ucza\u0144ska 4 lok. 9, 55-010 \u017berniki Wroc\u0142awskie, Poland.<\/p>\n

Returns can be made, for example, via Poczta Polska S.A. or a courier by sending the product to the Seller. If the Consumer has made any advance payments, statutory interest applies from the date of prepayment. Upon withdrawal by the Consumer, the Seller immediately confirms the return of the performance in writing.<\/p>\n

V. The right described in points I-IV does not apply to Customers ordering personalized products (made according to the buyer\u2019s specifications and preferences) \u2013 see point 3, Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=””]<\/p>\n

\u00a7 5 Complaints<\/h3>\n

I. Complaints may be submitted via email to store@wonderaffair.com
\nor sent to the Seller at: Wonder Affair, ul. Zas\u0142ucza\u0144ska 4 lok. 9, 55-010 \u017berniki Wroc\u0142awskie, Poland.<\/p>\n

II. A complaint should include: the Customer\u2019s contact details, sufficient information to identify the relevant order, and the content of the complaint.<\/p>\n

III. For complaints submitted by a Consumer, the Seller will process them within 14 days.<\/p>\n

IV. For complaints submitted by a Customer who is not a Consumer, this period may be extended.<\/p>\n

V. The complainant may also pursue their rights through general procedures, using judicial methods, and, with the agreement of both parties, also using out-of-court methods for handling complaints and pursuing claims.<\/p>\n

VI. At http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr\/<\/a> there is the ODR platform \u2013 an online dispute resolution platform between consumers and entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n

\u00a7 6 Final Provisions<\/h3>\n

I. These Terms and Conditions are effective from 15.12.2020 and apply to agreements concluded from this date onwards.<\/p>\n
